On December 7th, Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, met with Mme. Thelma J. ASKEY, Deputy Secretary-General of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Mme. Sun and Mme. ASKEY spoke highly of the long-term partnership between DRC and OECD. The two sides exchanged views on furthering the cooperation between DRC and OECD, including establishment of a regular contact mechanism, sending visiting scholars to OECD from DRC, priority areas for joint research, etc. Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department, and officials from the Ministry of Commerce, were present at the meeting.
