On March 26, Mr. Liu Shijin, DRC Vice President, met with a Norwegian delegation headed by Mr. Roger Schjerva, State Secretary of Finance. The two sides exchanged views on issues such as the impacts of ongoing financial crisis on China and Norway, climate change, Sino-Norwegian co-operation between research institutions. Mr. Yu Bin, Director General of Department of Macroeconomic Research of DRC, Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General，Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department, and Mr. Wu Zhenyu from General Office of DRC, were present at the meeting.
