On Oct. 29th, Vice President Mr. Li Wei (Minister) met with Mr. Jorma Ollila, Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell Plc. The two sides exchanges their views on the 12th Five-Year Plan, the transformation of pattern of economic development in China, the scenario of global energy structure and the cooperation between DRC and Shell.
