On September 16th, Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of International Cooperation Department of DRC met with Mr. Alberto J. Blanco Silva, Cuban Ambassador to China, Both sides had a discussion on the bilateral cooperation and communication. Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department, was present at the meeting.
