Liu Shijin,vice-minister of the State Council's Development Research Center (DRC), met with Karan Bhatia,  vice-president and senior counsel for global government affairs and policy at the General Electric Co, on March 31.

Also at the meeting were Lan Weiban, vice-director-general of the International Cooperation Dep't the DRC, Zhang Wenkui, vice-director-general of the Enterprise Research Institute, and Liu Fengming, vice-president of GE Greater China.
