Michael Rich, president of the Rand Corporation, gave a lecture at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) on March 26, 2013.

Rich spoke about the think tank's research focus and methods, as well as its development, and researchers from various departments of the DRC took part in the discussion. Zhang Laiming, vice-minister of the DRC, chaired the meeting.
