Coal supply chain management is a modern service industry. Coal distributors will realize sustainable development to turn into supply chain administrators. Tader Coal SCM, which achieves good performance through supply chain management, is a success story in this field.
The policies helping coal distributors implement supply chain management should focus on: optimization of the policy environment for the healthy development of the coal logistics industry so as to enable the development of the coal industry; supporting smart coal distribution management so as to increase the resource utilization efficiency; and filling the service gap.
