The Enterprise Research Institute (ERI) specializes in providing the government and enterprises with consulting services through research on theories, policies and practices, including:

Theoretical research: focusing on enterprise system and organization, enterprise growth and competition, as well as enterprise management and culture;

Policy research: focusing on policy study of SOE reforms, policies for non-State-owned enterprises, foreign invested enterprises and SMEs;

Enterprise consultation: focusing on analysis and consultation of enterprise development environment and strategies, enterprise transformation, enterprise organization systems, and human resources management and culture.

Training, information and consulting services are also provided for clients of the ERI, including government departments, community groups and enterprises. In accordance with the demand of clients, ERI provides interactive research and consulting services.
