Zhang Junkuo, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council, met with a Cuban delegation, on Oct 25, where Zhang explained the process and experiences in China's reforms and opening-up.

Taking part in the meeting were Zhao Changwen, director-general of the Enterprise Research Institute, LanWeiban, and vice-director-general of the International Cooperation Dep't of the DRC..

The delegation discussed reforms in State-owned enterprises with members of the DRC and with Zhao described the reforms at State-owned enterprises in China and fielded questions.
