Abstract:

Tongliao city in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region has made achievements in overall social and economic development. The city of Tongliao has used technology to push agricultural modernization and has built up an innovative system to improve city management. Not only has Tongliao strengthened social construction, the city has also managed to encourage farmers to build new types of villages.
