The group was led by Gao Shiji, director-general of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and it discussed issues such as mining rights, land usage, preferential policies, and environmental impact, with officials from China United Coalbed Methane Corp.
