A group of researchers from the Development Research Center of the State Council, led by DRC Minister Li Wei, visited People's Daily and conducted a survey on policy interpretation and cooperation between the two groups on April 22.

Li and the survey team visited the media company's website, exhibition hall, night shift platform, micro-blog operating office and comment edition editorial office. The group had a discussion about strengthening policy interpretation and creating cooperative methods between think tanks and the media.

DRC vice-ministers Liu Shijin, Hanjun and Zhang Junkuo, as well as Long Guoqiang, director-general of the DRC's General Office, joined the visit. Zhang Yannong, president of People's Daily, and Yang Zhenwu, chief editor, also participated.
