Li Wei, minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and Robin Niblett, director of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation, on July 7, covering exchanges in areas of common interests, such as sustainable development, climate change, green industrialization, resource management, energy security, innovation and new business models.
