Abstract：

According to the views of and relevant investigations in some enterprises, it is suggested that related laws and regulations should be revised and counterfeit behavior should be dealt with and given heavy penalties; the efficiency for law enforcement should be raised and more public security departments should get involved in cracking down counterfeit activity; the interference by local protectionism to judicial and administrative law enforcement should be stopped; the protection of intellectual property for renowned trade mark enterprises should be strengthened.
