Abstract:　

The paper expounds that the WTO accession represents a significant progress in China's participation in the economic globalization, elaborates on the impact on the healthcare industry of the changes in the world outlooks on development, on consumption and on medical and health care, explores the challenges and opportunities brought about by the WTO accession for China's health care industry, and provides a strategic thinking over the development of China's health care industry.
