Abstract：

With the establishment and development of Sino-Russian strategic partnership, the bilateral financial service and cooperation have witnessed some progress, but are still lagging behind the requirement for further economic and trade cooperation. In order to meet the need for future Sino-Russian economic and trade development, the government should adopt measures to promote the bilateral financial service and cooperation, establish smooth channels for settling accounts, introduce flexible financing modes, and build a practical guarantee system and down-to-earth cooperation framework.
