Summary:
China has made positive progress in participating in regional economic cooperation and global governance, improving China’s foreign economic and political relations and greatly influencing regional integration, world economic trends and global governance reform.
As economic strength rapidly grows, how to quickly and accurately work out global strategies to participate in global cooperation and competition is a problem facing every rising power. In the great adjustment and changes of world economy, China should, according to its changing strength and strategic goal, take responsibility as a large emerging country in regional cooperation and global governance, providing opportunities and platforms to widen and deepen its participation in globalization and in formulating global economic and trade principles, gaining longer periods of strategic opportunity for domestic development and making a greater contribution to new world economic order.
