Abstract:

Starting from cases of various kinds, the paper analyzes the issues existing in protection of the legitimate rights of privately owned enterprises and the causes for the issues. The paper comes up with proposals for addressing these issues from the perspective of eliminating theoretical obstacles, standardizing government behavior, establishing and improving the system for protecting rights and interests and setting up a unified institution for administering the affairs concerning small and medium-sized enterprises.
