Abstract：

Financing difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises is a worldwide issue which is closely associated with the high commercialization of the banking sector and the defectives of the small and medium-sized enterprises themselves, but this issue is all the more prominent in China. To solve this problem, we should start from enforcing the competitiveness of the financing market and force large-sized commercial banks to improve their financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises. Besides, we should refer to international experiences and establish a comprehensive policy financial system for small and medium-sized enterprises and persist in improving credit rating system and relevant laws and regulations.
