Abstract:
The paper summarizes the new features of the difficulties of the privately owned enterprises in obtaining financing, makes an inquiry into the reasons for the failure of the current direct and indirect financing systems to meet the financing demand of the privately owned enterprises. It points out that the core of the problem lies in the institutional obstacle and comes up with some policy proposals.
