Abstract:   

The small and medium-sized enterprises play a significant role in all countries in economic development. Particularly in China, in addition to the contribution to development, they create a big number of jobs. However, lacking of financing in the small and medium-sized enterprises is a worldwide complication and it has become a striking problem when the financial market fails to function. To improve funding for the small and medium-sized enterprises, the government should refrain from doing something in order to get other things done.
