Abstract:　

The opening of China's service sector generally has lagged behind that of the manufacturing sector and its openness is lower than that of the manufacturing sector. After the WTO accession, China's trade in services will proceed at a higher level and in a broader field. The opening of China's service sector means more development and bigger challenge for the sector. With a view to promoting the healthy development of China's service sector, a series of policy measures should be adopted including improving domestic legal system.
