Abstract:　

Since 1998 when the credit guarantee system was put into trial operation, the credit guarantee business for the small and medium-sized enterprises in China has been rapidly developed. The article analyzed the present state and some of the main issues related to the credit guarantee system for small and medium-sized enterprises and made a comparative analysis on some typical operating patterns.
