Abstract:
The paper reviews and summarizes the main practice of the progressive reform of the inter-governmental fiscal transfer payment in China since 1994 and the achievement made. It elaborates on the main problems at present and makes proposals for further pressing ahead with the institutional reform and setting up standard and scientific fiscal transfer payment system.
