Abstract:
The slackening of the economic growth rate seems to be caused by demand constraints on the surface, but actually lies in the structural contradiction at the deep level. The policies for expanding demand have an effective short-term impact, but can not sustain long-term growth. The policy priority for the next stage should be to ease the structural contraction, nurture a market competition environment with fair play and enhance the enterprises' ability and initiatives to make investment in ventures.
