Abstract:
Franchised business management in China has huge market potential. The franchised brands are gaining more and more ground on domestic market; the number of franchisees is increasing; and franchised management is witnessing a wider range of trades and areas. In order to ensure the healthy development of franchised business management, the article suggested the formulation of related laws and regulations and the improvement of environment for the implementation of laws and regulations; the enforcement of contract consciousness and credit observing awareness; the increment of information for franchisers and franchisees to reduce management risks; strengthening government supervision on franchised business activity; and bringing into play the role of trade associations in franchised business activities.
