Abstract:　

China is now in the initial stage of building its social credit system. Given China's state situations and the present status of its credit system development, it is very important to select an appropriate social credit system model. Based on a field investigation in the United States and the visit to the relevant organizations of the World Bank and the materials obtained, the paper makes a comparison on the public creditworthiness investigation system and the private creditworthiness investigation system in various aspects as adopted in different countries. The paper reaches important conclusions and comes up with relevant policy proposals.
