Abstract:　

The paper examines the present situation concerning China's social credit and the main constraints affecting the establishment of social credit system. It points out that the speedy establishment of China's social credit system is a task of importance and urgency, elaborates on the principles and direction for the establishment of such system in China, and puts forward the policy proposals for promoting the establishment of China's social security system.
