Abstract:

The inadequate financing for small enterprises is due to the information gap between the enterprises and the banks. The experience from American small enterprise shows that to get out of the financing difficulties, it is important for small enterprises to develop a loaning-oriented relationship with banks, make extensive use of IT, and realize information scale of the small enterprises. These experiences are of practical significance for China.
