Abstract:
The paper elaborates on the uniqueness, urgency and arduousness of China's urbanization drive, analyzes the importance of developing small towns to addressing the "three agriculture related" issues, expanding domestic demand and promoting sustainable development, and puts forward some policy proposals for promoting the development of small towns.
