--A discussion on science and technology enterprises as the central subject

Abstract:　

The paper elaborates on the important role of equity incentive in venture enterprises and science and technology enterprises in particular, its special features and the design solutions for salary. It also gives an account of the present equity incentive policy in Chinese science and technology enterprises, and points out the problems that need to be solved and makes the policy proposals.
