Abstract:
For Chinese enterprises to set up total salary system including long term incentive such as stock option, the necessary enterprise institutional condition required is to establish a reasonable corporate governance structure. Therefore it is required that enterprise reform should be deepened, corporate governance improved, and efforts actively made to create conditions for making necessary preparations for introducing total salary system including stock option.
