Abstract:

This is the special report on the personal values of the 3192 sample enterprise managers who participated in the "2003 Questionnaire Survey Tracking on Chinese Entrepreneurs". Four parts are covered in the report: (1) personality, work performance, sense of law, relationship with the society, money and power, the values of the enterprise manager as an ordinary social member; (2) value orientation in the goals of profession and personal life, (3) values in the management and development of the business/enterprises, and (4) value orientation in the role of an entrepreneur.
