Abstract:
In recent years, non-full time employment has developed rapidly in China, the single mode of full time employment has been broken though. Meantime, corresponding policies and regulations are absent. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of non-full time employment, the paper discusses the main problems concerning the non-full time employment, puts forward suggestions to establish and regulate the institution of non-full time employment.
