Qualification characteristic model and its application in selecting leaders of large SOEs

Abstract:
A method to distinguish outstanding leaders from ordinary ones based on real performance is provided in the so-called qualification characteristic model. Introduction of the model methods is of major significance to selecting the enterprise executives. It could be used as a guide to assess the qualifications and identify means of selecting CEOs for the large SOEs in the transitional period.
