While exploring the equity incentives of listed companies and the stock sources for exercising stock options, we can conform to the essential substance of option incentive and the international prevailing practices on the one hand. On the other hand, we may actively explore multi-channel stock sources for exercising stock options in listed companies, taking into account the Measures for Reducing State Stocks to Raise Social Security Fund already promulgated by the state.
