Abstract:
This paper is based on a comprehensive survey on current human resource management system in enterprises in China. Six issues are covered in terms of the management system: 1. In the orientation of the system, the employees'value must be realized along with reaching of enterprise’s value; 2. In motivation, the external drive should be replaced by internal drive of the enterprises in construction of the institution; 3. In choosing the path, cooperation between the enterprises and experts is the way in designing the institution; 4. The focus should be on both strategic conception and technical affairs; 5. As of the dimension in the institution, a converging model should be replaced by a individualized one; and 6. In operation, readjustment of the working style of the staff is the key to efficiency.
