Abstract: 

The traditional income distribution system of SOEs in China lacks effective incentive component. In the course of switching to the market economy, it is necessary to establish a macro policy environment mainly for providing guidance and an enterprise total salary system that is to be gradually operated on a marketization basis. The equity incentive will be an important part of salary solutions for business managers.
