Abstract:
There are several characteristics in the salary management of the top managers in America, including strengthening accountability, emphasizing process, promoting the effect of salary encouragement, and regulating information issuing. What can be used as reference to China is that the salary commission strengthens the salary management of top managers, evaluates propriety and competence of salary based on the structure and character of the top managers, insures the correlation between salary and the capability and result of the managers, regulates information issuing in details and compulsory publication.
