Abstract:
Since China joined the WTO and not long before that, EU has attached great importance to bilateral economic and trade ties and adopted a series of economic and trade documents with regard to China. However, trade frictions between China and EU happen from time to time and there have been changes in EU investment in China. The paper examines the causes for them and proposes that adequate attention should be given to China-EU bilateral economic and trade ties and to establishing effective dialogue mechanism.
