The paper emphasizes the high correlation between rapid growth of economy and the high growth industries, concludes that the cause of the falling in the economic growth during recent years was due to the transformation gap following the conversion of the high growth industries, analyzes the structure and mechanism through which the high growth industries make growth, and the consequence and causes of the failure of the high growth industries, point s out the structural change in the impetus to the economy growth. In order to let the high growth industries play role, the direction of the development should be reformed and policies should be adjusted.
