Abstract：

Based on the fundamental structure and mechanism of China's present economic cycle, the paper gives an analysis of the reasons and mechanism for the new round of fast economic growth as well as its important existing features and the future ones. On the basis of that, the paper made comments on some issues such as inflation, economic bubbles and duplicate construction and it wound up by putting forward some policy suggestions on the protection and development of the sound economic momentum.
