The pressure for employment is become heavier. The contradiction between aggregate and structure and the contradiction between transition and development at different stages are interwoven with each other and this has made it more difficult for increasing employment opportunities. We should take the increasing of employment opportunities as our goal and make efforts over a long period of time to relieve the pressure of employment and promote economic development in the light of an overall application of development strategy and mode and the reform of macro-economy and social development.
