Abstract:　

The paper presents the views of some government departments and commissions on the current economic situation including industrial production, investment, consumption, foreign trade and the effect of the macro economic policies being implemented. It points out that a positive fiscal policy should be continued in the second half of the year and the policy structure should be readjusted and improved; the investment and financing system should be improved; the institutional obstacles in the consumption field should be eliminated; the tax refund for exports should be fully furnished and the customs clearance efficiency should be further improved; the relationship between increase in fiscal income and tax reduction should be handled well; and the relation between supporting economic growth and preventing financial crisis should be well taken care of.
