Abstract:　

The WTO accession is a fundamental strategic decision made by the Chinese government to accelerate reform, opening-up and modernization drive. As an important part of the reform, opening-up and modernization drive, education needs to be subject to the overall interest. At the same time, we should proceed from the reality of the education sector, actively cope with the opportunities and challenges resulting from the WTO accession, take proactive action, grasp the benefit and avoid harm so as to facilitate the sustained and healthy development of the education undertaking in China.
