What should China's enterprises do in order to meet the challenges of the WTO accession

Abstract:

It is far from being sufficient to predict merely the changes in advantages and disadvantages of various sectors and discuss the threats and opportunities on a general basis when the measures for the enterprises to take to meet the WTO accession are discussed. The business community, in particular, the businesses with a long-term development mission, should proactively and practically make strategic evaluation and test their own competitiveness. The management consulting community should also assist in the strategic evaluation of enterprises and help them to make adaptive strategic adjustment. This also represents a growth area for the development of Chinese consulting service industries.
