Abstract:　

The WTO accession will bring about both challenges and opportunities to China's logistics industry. The paper analyzes the present development status, the challenges and opportunities of China's logistics industry, and on that basis, proposes that proactive measures should be adopted to meet up the challenges in order to accelerate the pace of development of the industry, and an overall consideration should be given to the strategy, guideline and policy for development of logistics industry from the perspective of the development and technical progress of the industry.
