Human resource reallocation under M&A

Abstract:

As a critical factor in the success of merge and acquisition (M&A), human resource reallocation should be taken throughout the whole process M&A of the enterprise, with different measures in different stages. The human resource reallocation policies include maintaining key staff; reestablish the senior management team, lay-off and settle the redundant employees, building a human resource policy system, and pay attention to communication and cultural integration.
