Abstract:
To speed up development of China's livestock industry is an important channel to adjust agricultural structure, participate in international competition and increase farmer's income. At the present stage, the issue of quarantine and epidemics-prevention represents an important factor constraining the development of livestock industry in China. And it is necessary to speed up the setup of a quarantine and epidemics-prevention institution compatible to international norms.
