Zhang Laiming attends the Third Symposium of Smart Elderly Care Strategy

Zhang Laiming, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), took part in the Third Symposium of the Smart Elderly Care Strategy, in Chongqing, on Oct 24-25, and gave a keynote speech.
The vice-director-general of DRC's Social Development Dept Gong Sen also attended the conference.
